GSD Series

Description

GSD SERIES is the EBARA range of Standardized pumps manufactured according to EN733 with stub shaft and rigid coupling, with cast iron body, impeller in cast iron and bronze. GSD pumps represent a versatile range suitable for a lot of applications and offer significant advantages in terms of reliability, efficiency and cost saving. Suitable for handling clean water for residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial use, pressure booster sets, heating and air-conditioning systems.
Also used for irrigation on farms, sports centres, washing systems.
The GSD SERIES is equipped with Back pull-out design that allows the motor, coupling, bracket and impeller to be removed without compromising the pump body or disassembling the piping.
Other technical features of the GSD series: all components in contact with the water flow are cataphoresis-coated for high corrosion resistance and long service life; it has two replaceable bronze wear rings that ensure long-term reliable operation and high hydraulic efficiency.
Finally the flanges, from DN 32 up to DN 150, all PN16, make GSD a product suitable for the heaviest and most demanding applications.
The motors are available with 2 or 4 poles, 50 Hz, with IE3 efficiency class, with powers ranging from 1.1 kW to 90 kW (IE4 for 75 and 90 kW), which can be coupled with inverters to achieve greater energy saving.
